Job Tittle: Store Assistant
Full Job Description :-
JOB SUMMARY :-
The Store Assistant is in charge of keeping inventory, restocking shelves, receiving, processing, and organising deliveries, and keeping the store in good condition.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Responsible for material issues, stocking, record keeping, and supplier coordination.
- Daily MIS preparation, Invoice, and reports preparation
- Maintaining stock register and monthly stock verification
- Supervising loading, unloading, and storage of material.
- Coordination with the purchase team with respect to stock clearance
- Maintaining hygiene and keeping the store area clean at all times.
EDUCATIONAL & OTHER SKILLS :-
- Diploma/Degree or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in an office environment
- Experience working with MS Word and Excel are Mandatory
· Building Material Store assistant having GCC Experience will be preferred.
