Full Job Description :- 

Tagalog speaking Preferred

As an Executive Secretary you will assume the duty of:

· Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda for Senior Management

and arrange meetings and appointments

· Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms

· Make travel arrangements

· Develop and maintain a filing system

· Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

· Clerical and administrative support to other team members in order to

· Optimize workflow procedures in the office

· Assisting colleagues and executives by supporting them

· Maintain Good Housekeeping & Pantry Functions

· Any other assignment given by Management based on your skills and capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 2,500.00 per month
