Job Tittle:   Regional Trade Marketing Executive – Shiseido

 

Full Job Description :- 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan for the market
  • Define full 360 plans for all trade marketing activities developed in the market (incl. e-retail)
  • Responsible for POSM budget definition, tracking and expenses – to be shared with the Regional team
  • Implementation of the in-store marketing animation plan/guidelines from Regional
    team/Merchandising
  • Reporting the brand performance and new launches monthly
  • Conducts monthly reports on customer & sales analysis, shopper insights, traffic in store
  • Responsible for data collection and coordination
  • Manage podium bookings and implementation (permits, coordination for artworks and staff, etc)
  • Manage advertising opportunities with malls
  • Manage and take responsibility in any promotional permits/mall permits/police permits and
    follow ups
  • Manage e-retail POSM plan for key accounts
  • Responsible for instore events planning and execution
  • Analyze and implement sponsorship and collaboration opportunities
  • Understand store needs and deliver adjusted plans
  • Responsible for direct communication with stores and Area Supervisors for campaigns and other
    marketing related topics
  • Coordinate with regional team for specific PR and Digital activations related to the market
  • Responsible for any new store openings, photoshoot’s for interior and other related works
  • Accomplish the defined KPIs to excel and grow the brand

PROFILE:

  • Experience of at least 3 years in a trade marketing or sales roles within luxury/cosmetics industry. Knowledge of skincare or make up category is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market and the consumer of this region
  • Success record of managing and executing 360° marketing plans
  • Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, making things happen
  • Dynamic, positive thinking, strong analytical skills
  • Charismatic, team worker, passionate and driven personality with excellent communication and presentation skills and a strong commercial acumen
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Ability to multitask, work at pace and with ambiguity
  • Extremely high degree of attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Proficient communication in English. Arabic is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • University degree
