Job Tittle: Leasing Executive
Full Job Description :-
• Design systems like Fire Alarm System, Central Battery System(CBS), Public Address
• Prepare material submittals including required technical documents and calculations as per project requirement
• Prepare replies to consultant’s comments
• Attend meetings with consultant/client/contractor, as and when technical clarification is required on the materials’ submittals or the system designs
• Prepare the documents for submission
• Support the design of systems in accordance with the International and Local codes and standards;
• Coordinate with the manufacturer/local suppliers for technical documents/support
• Provide technical knowledge, provide advice and support on a range of products;
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• Coordinate with other departments for the easy flow of work;
• Responsible for quantity take-off;
• Maintains proper documentation on all the projects handled, for future reference
• Coordinate System Integration Drawings
• Coordinating with CAD designers to prepare shop drawings and schematic diagrams as per the project and local jurisdiction requirements
• Timely and effective delivery of requested/required documents to attain/maintain the customer satisfaction
• Determine client /consultant requirements and coordinate value proposition design.
• Prepare technical submittals as per set timelines to meet the submission target date.
• Quality control of technical submittal solution that are delivered to clients and ensure they are in line with client’s requirements, sales strategy and business goals.
• Be responsible for assessing engineering drawings, abbreviations, technical specifications, quantity assessment, initial bid proposal etc.
