Job Description :-
Debt Collector duties and responsibilities;-
The candidate needs to research information about debtors, including finding out details like new addresses and other contact information. Attempting to obtain payment and will often negotiate partial payments. Some other responsibilities of the candidate include:
Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
Handle questions or complaints.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
