Role

To build a MENA Sales capability for Sofrah Restaurant/Retail PoS system

Main responsibilities

Manage and develop a Sofrah customer database to over achieve on sales revenue targets. Actively investigate the market to develop new sales routes within the MENA region.

Manage and develop a customer database to over achieve on sales revenue targets. Actively investigate the market to develop new PoS sales routes within the MENA region .

Job Title duties and responsibilities:-

· Manage, promote, and actively sell to a master database for MENA sales contacts.

· Actively investigate and develop new sales leads for MENA.

· Keep databases updated by communicating with Sales and Purchasing teams for all new contacts.

· Manage the department – This includes, but is not limited to, managing the departmental marketing activities, dealing with customer enquiries

· Provide support and assistance to other members and departments of the business as needed. This includes, but is not limited to marketing, administration, sales and management.

· Work as part of a team assisting and supporting other team members.

· Troubleshoot, analyze and improve existing processes.

· Create, build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

· Acquire new customers by prospecting, cold calling, field sales activities.

· Proactively use Sofrah CRM to generate leads and sales.

· Create and implement a proactive plan on the entire marketing activity of the product and its rollout

· Purchasing – buy the best quality equipment, goods and services at the most competitive prices. Service goods to sell by sourcing suppliers.

· In the purchasing role, work closely with sales.

· Provide continuous excellent user experience.

· Provide excellent quality of service in Sofrah Smart Systems

· Person Specification:-

· Hands-on experience or training in selling restaurant PoS system/ technology computing in the service sector in Retail/Restaurant/F&B industry with the equivalent combination of formal education and experience- MBA in marketing would be considered while shortlisting

· Sales experience (target driven sales experience desirable)

· Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies

· Sound knowledge of the PoS sales in terms of understanding of the restaurant/retail industry

· Confident telephone manner

· Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information

· Proven ability to motivate and persuade

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
