Full Job Description :- 

p Day-to-day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors p ul li Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications li li Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials li li Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the client li li Liaising with any consultants subcontractors supervisors quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project li li Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines li li Responsible for Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site li li Preparing reports as required li ul p Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements p p Observance of safety requirements p p Quality control in accordance with approved method statements quality plans and inspection and test plans all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors p p Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions p p Preparing record drawings technical reports site diary p
