Job Tittle: Studio Supervisor
Job Description :-
Responsible for image quality, briefing and supporting the day to day management of the Studio Ecommerce retouch team. A strong technical ability in retouch by driving and critiquing the retouch team’s output and steer this accordingly. You’re all over everything retouch and will make sure all our BFL imagery is quality checked for the Ecommerce gallery.
* Help drive the most efficient workflow, driving daily targets and motivating the team.
* Adhere to and ensure the retouch team work to our internal retouch-guide.
* Manage freelance and external resource when required, ensuring any external agencies are briefed and aware of the BFL retouch brief and workflow.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive attitude.
* Be aware of core throughputs and how delivering quality and quantity is a core metric of the dept.
* Reporting on throughput and team KPI’s regularly to the Studio manager.
* Helping to coach and developing our retouch team.
* Support with the implementation of new technologies and software to increase productivity.
* Taking an active interest in the industry and importance of online retail.
* Additional projects will be required on an ad-hoc basis where you will be expected to take the lead.
Required:
* Experience leading a retouch/ post production team
* Understanding of key processes and workflow of a retouch department for an online business
* Identify where there is a need for additional support
* React quickly to tight deadlines and projects
* Strong relationship builder with wider teams
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be flexible to work in shifts and long hours when required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,999.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
