HR/Payroll Accountant
Job Requirements:
Must have handled 300+ employee in terms of payroll , vacation settlements , employee admin related matters. Handled multiple trade licenses.
Accounting back ground will be giving preference.
Must have complete knowledge of labor law and visa processes , trade license etc both in mainland and Freezone
Should know about fuel , mobile billing, salik etc, air ticketing and deductions there off as per perks and benefit as per employee grades.
Candidate should be well versed with multiple trade licenses SIF loading and be able to maintain excel sheet records and do a little bit of analysis.
Should be able to prepare vacation settlements/EOSB as per labor law.
Should be very good in verbal and written communication in English and should know business email writing.
Should be able to coordinate with warehouse admin team , finance and accounts deptt.
Should be well verses in policies and procedures.
Salary bracket is mentioned , though for outstanding candidate the salary bracket can be stretched.
Candidate should have worked atleast 5 years in payroll administrative/Accountant roll.
Should be good in english verbal and written communication
Should know HR Policies and procedures.
