About Company:

Leading Media House with presence in News Television and Digital Media

Job Profile:

Build strategies to drive sales and New Business Development
Develop a thorough understanding of the product, its strengths, positioning, content etc to be leveraged for pitch impact and effectiveness
Have a macro view of the region, account clusters, media plans and revenue potential
Network, engage and build strong relationships at Senior levels with client as well as agencies to understand business trends, revenue potential
Independently lead complex negotiations with clients / agencies, including escalations in case of servicing or any other challenges
Map competition (sales strategy / shows / clients) and market intelligence to develop strategies to maximize market share
Deliver maximum value on deals by taking complete ownership of deal execution, client servicing and post evaluations of campaigns
Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance guidelines
Achieve Monthly / Quarterly / Annual targets
Identify opportunities for additional revenue sources through non FCT avenues – Brand Solutions, IP’s and events

Desired Profile:-

Around 7-8 years of sales experience preferably in Media ad sales
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of products as well as market
Strong ability to do concept and perception sales
Strong client relations in the region especially with varied business segments and categories
Should have access to Key Decision Makers at Client as well as Agency level
Ability to read and interpret numbers and take proper decision on the basis of data
Ability to collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders
Ability to learn to keep pace with the evolving media industry
