Administrative / HR Assistant
Job Location : Ajman
Job role:
End-to-end recruiting from junior to senior level.
Prepare offer and joining letter.
Joining formalities and prepare employee files.
Maintain master employee database.
Prepare memorandum, deduction report and other letter as instructed.
Coordinate with PRO for employee s visa, visa renewals and other labor and immigration activities.
Maintain the renewal of our Trades licenses.
Apply DAMAN insurance for employees / Cancellation if required.
Practical experience in recruitment.
Maintain and updates the master list of all ours vehicles.
Coordinate with the Operation Manager, sites supervisor for the renewal of the vehicles.
Knowledge on insurances (motors and medical .).
Other administrative work if necessary.
