Full Job Description :- 

Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing or IT consulting industry, with minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Client services in IT consulting or Staffing. Recruiting experience is a plus .
Must have relationships to bring with you to start generating leads quickly!!
Job Description:
– Identify new clients for providing IT staffing solutions
– Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with new clients
– Good Experience in managing accounts
– Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales – Understand client’s requirement and source candidates with help of the recruitment team
– Follow-up with all parties involved in submittal process, interview, placement and post placement – Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients
– Must have Client facing capabilities, and be able to directly interact with Clients for gathering new requirements, follow up on submittals interviews and placements
– Any experience with Technical background with Management studies would be an added advantage
– Must have good communicator (Written & oral) with excellent presentation skills. – Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
– Maintain regular reports and MIS.
