The successful candidate will join the MEIA EAS team and will be responsible for leading & managing a team supporting FICO (Finance), Business Intelligence, and Business to Business (B2B) operations and systems. In addition, the candidate will be involved in global system rollouts and all SAP-related projects in the MEIA region. This senior role will cover a large & diverse scope, supporting 16 Maisons across six countries in the MEIA Region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills & experience in the following domains:
Team Management :
- Managing the FICO, BI, B2B teams in providing user and system support to our Finance & Maison community in MEIA
- Provide functional direction/management to the FICO, BI, B2B teams’ local & regional resources
- Organize activities, set priorities, and assign task/project to teams’ local resources, monitoring workloads of the team and quality of deliverables
- Act as an escalation point for FICO, BI, B2B team members
- Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues
Daily Operations and Support :
- Manage and support business needs for accounting, cost control, product costing, and finance consolidation
- Manage and support business BI needs for Richemont MEIA distributions process and organization including Wholesale, Retail, and e-Commerce distribution, Finance, Logistics, and CRM
- Manage and support the business needs on the Richemont B2B(2C) solution called “Booster”
- Monitor incidents to ensure issues are closed promptly and within agreed SLA
- Organize and coordinate testing sessions for system release and upgrade
- Managing and working with cross-functional teams and management teams/key users within MEIA
- Interface with central team/functional BPIs on template/process improvement/functional rollout
- Review, prepare and update documentation (procedure/manual)
- Provide training on systems and business processes if required
- Involve in project implementation, gap analysis, blueprint/ requirements gathering, and document preparation across the Finance, BI, and B2B domains
- Support rollout projects, continuous improvement projects, deploy group procedures and tools
- Coordinating with key users through different phases of the implementation cycle
- Perform data migration and authentication settings
- Geographical area under responsibility: UAE, KSA, India, South Africa, Kuwait, and Turkey
