If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a P Material Engineer for 12 months temporary contract , reporting directly to Heod of Piping to join our Piping team team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Job:-

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

• To create all the commodity codes of the piping items and valves as per project specifications in SP MATERIAL.
• To create and maintain various table data required for each piping class.
• Creating standard assemblies including material listed
• Built and update contingency factor as defined by the project.
• Preparation and updating of piping classes in SP MATERIAL during the project execution.
• Preparation and updating of various database files for E3D / PDMS/ S3D.
• Co-ordinate with ADPES administrator, MTO coordinator and material engineer to ensure the completeness of the MTO input.
• Input and processing the MTO (manual or based on isometrics).
• Preparation of Requisitions and MTO reports as required.

About You:-

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering with minimum
• You have 10 years experience out of which minimum 5 years in material management system, preferably SP MATERIAL.
• You are well versed with various modules like creating commodity codes, piping class generation, MTO input and processing, creating data base for E3D / PDMS/ S3D modelling, RDB update etc
• You are able to work independently and under pressure, pro-active, co-operating, communicative, analytical and dutiful.
• You have adequate knowledge and understanding of piping material specification, codes and standards.
• You have knowledge and experience in piping MTO
• You have Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is must.

Experiences in: Considerable relevant experience in material management system, preferably SP MATERIAL.

Languages: English Fluent
