Qualifications & Experience:
The duration of the programme is 24 months and is divided into two main phases: Phase 1: 12 months This phase will involve two on the job attachments in Dubai.
As introduction to the dnata Travel you will be attached to junior and supervisory roles to understand our business.
Each on the job attachment will be 6 months where you’ll develop an understanding of the roles and perform them independently. You will be assessed by the end of each role attachment.
Phase 2 – 12 months This phase will involve two on the job attachments in dnata global locations. The international role attachment will allow you to be exposed and experience dnata Travel runs in a global setting.
You will be attached to junior and supervisory roles similar to what you have been attached to in Dubai. Each of the international job attachments will be 6 months where you’ll develop an understanding of the roles and perform them independently.
You will be assessed by the end of each role attachment. Since this is a graduate trainee programme, no formal work experience will be required since experience will be gained through a 2 phased intensive on the job training programme.
Qualifications & Experience Below are some of the skills & experiences we are looking for: –
Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 3.0 and above
– Excellent conceptual, numerical, and analytical skills
– Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Ability and willingness to travel and work internationally
– Candidates should hold a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid
– Military services clearance status
