We are seeking to hire an empathetic, trustworthy, sincere, kind and positive female medical receptionist to join our dynamic team and willing to undergo a mandatory 7 DAY TRIAL period. Please submit your CV with a RECENT professional photo. Please read the job responsibilities and about our centre. Please make sure you agree to the salary range before applying. Only serious applicants ready to join right away.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls and provide answers to clients/patients routine inquiries
• Addresses emails (inquiry and client’s email)
• Assists clients/patients with booking for appointments
• Prepares invoices and claim forms, and handles payments
• Handles client/patient feedback and concerns, and escalates to appropriate party as needed
• Maintains client/patient information by updating the data entry system and filing documents
• Organizes doctors’ and instructors’ schedule on a daily basis
• Updates weekly class schedule on the data entry system
• Monitors availability of office supplies
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Assists clients/patients with the Body Composition Analysis machine
• Assists clients/patients with the infrared sauna
• Receives payments from clients/patients, print credit card report and close petty cash at the end of the day
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
• Speaks Tagalog
