Job Tittle:  Front Desk Receptionist

 

Full Job Description :- 

Requirements :- 

  • Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
  • Familiarity with processing transactions
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
  • Solid organization and record-keeping skills
  • An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances

 

Task, Duties and Accountabilities :- 

  • Closing and opening of the spa
  • Book and confirm appointments
  • Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival
  • Ensure all clients are taken to their first appointments immediately upon arrival
  • Ensure clients are escorted to their next appointment by their serving technician
  • Ensure lineup is followed accurately
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  • Inform clients about new services, packages and discounts
  • Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
  • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
  • Closing and open the spa
  • Keeping the spa front area in a professional looking and inviting
  • Ensure best knowledge of all retail products and sell appropriate retail to customers
  • Prepare reports when needed
  • Support Senior Receptionist
  • Assist Supervisor in inventory related tasks
  • Ensure to follow proper grooming as per The Muse brand
  • Ensure to accurately update all clients monitoring assigned to you (ex. Missed opportunities, client complaints, etc.)
  • Monitor expiration dates of vouchers, packages and memberships
  • Represent the company in events, exhibitions and roadshows

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
