Our client, a leading Real Estate Brokerage Company having offices across the UAE and India, are looking for this position to join them asap.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prime responsibility will be to generate MARKETING LEADS for the client.
- Through clever strategizing, designing, building and maintaining a high decibel social media presence.
- Ensure planning and execution of all digital, web, marketing activities, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, email, social media and database mailers etc.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Introduce the company to new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Create landing pages to capture and improve user experience.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing for REAL ESTATE in the UAE
- Web Marketing expert with proven proficiency in marketing research, statistical analysis, target audience identification and creating effective digital marketing media plans to reach them
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and its constraints
