Full Job Description :- 

Job Responsibilities:-

• To maintain all kitchen equipment in good working order.
• To attend breakdown of kitchen and laundry equipment
• To prepare a preventive maintenance schedule.
• To maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen and laundry equipment.
• To maintain the performance of pumps and motors.
• To follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and to maintain records for future reference.
• To coordinate with other department’s counterparts, to ensure their satisfaction on quality & progress and to create healthy relationships between inter-departments.
• To create on the job training among Engineers on-the-job and create opportunities for them to be able to handle a limited scale.
• To be aware of the emergency procedure in the hotel and know what to do in case of fire.
• To abide by the rules of the hotel and act as an example to others.
• To come up with suggestions that may help to improve the maintenance.

Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 1,800.00 – AED 2,700.00 per month
