Job Tittle:  Call Center Agent

 

Full Job Description :- 

1. SUMMARY:-

The Call Center Agents’ responsibility is to provide full support to the Service Operations by attending incoming phone calls for breakdowns and other queries from clients or passengers. Additionally, they provide back-office support to the country’s operations in terms of data entry and other administrative tasks.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

· Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company

· Answer incoming calls/emails in a professional way

· Open (log) calls in VIEW & other ERP systems in real time

· Out-bound calls to Technicians

· Deal with Passenger Stuck Call

· Deal with clients & other stakeholders (i.e. supervisors, passengers, internal departments)

· Follow-up on work permits for planned maintenance if requested by the Operations

· Issue daily Operations Report and send Maintenance Report to clients

· Preliminary Information Report (SCC Memo, passenger entrapment & incident report).

· Monitor CMS (Control Monitoring System) and report faults to all people concerned

· Good Housekeeping in the Call Center

· Safety of all computers and all peripherals

· Support in collections for payments overdue for more than 360 days.

· Provide system and VFM support to field operations.

· Registering Quality Complaints and follow up on timely closures.

· Monitor Man down Function in VIEW and take actions as required.

· Conducting NPS surveys for Service, NI Sales, Mods (Bahrain and UAE)
