Job Description

  • Support the Corporate Communication and Societal team in the development and implementation of its strategy, brand awareness, and activities that target various stakeholders’ including but not limited to local authorities, partners, and the general public.
  • Responsible – Ensure that the distribution of information, including promotional materials, are in adherence with TotalEnergies group policies and branding guidelines.
  • Responsible – Oversee content production, development, and execution of high-quality corporate communications content across multiple channels for a variety of internal and external audiences including but not limited to the company website, brochures, newsletters, and publications.
  • Responsible – Manage and ensure the complete execution of the company’s external events such as but not limited to ADIPEC and WFES.
  • Responsible – Manage and ensure the complete execution of the company’s internal events such as but not limited to Townhalls and internal campaigns.
  • Responsible – Actively engage and liaise with internal stakeholders, including local business units in the country.
  • Contribute – Implement and evaluate the external communication and societal plan to drive engagement, alignment, and understanding of company strategies and priorities.
  • Contribute – Support the budget holder on optimizing the Corporate Communication & Societal departments’ expenditures and maintaining an updated budget tracker for the Corporate Communication section, monitor, and analyze, on a regular basis.
  • Perform other duties and obligations as assigned by the VP Corporate Communication and Societal

Candidate profile:-

  • +7 Years’ experience in communications.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English. French is a plus.
  • Professional charisma with strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE.
  • Ability in building, mentoring, and coaching a team.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
