JOB ACTIVITIES

• To plant the requirement of Additives & Finished Products for Lubes, Greases, Coolant, Brake fluids and the Non Blendables based on the historical trends / Forecasts
• To plan and integrate the supplies from 3rd party service providers for dispatches to TEMME customers for brake fluids and coolants
• To feed the procurement Team with MRP adjustments from SAP to procure raw material so that the stocks are optimized at the plant level
• Set up and establish a replenishment model in SAP for H025, HA24 & H021 & monitor its performance for deliveries as well as stock holdings.
• Management of slow/ non-moving stocks of additives/finished products by periodic movement analysis and arrange action in consultation with Technical managers.
• Establish and Utilize best methods (statistical model & software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets
• Provide management with reliable and accurate information on the Forecast accuracy
• Develop and manage SKU level replenishment on assigned SKU’s and effectively maintain system performance parameter to optimize result
• Proactively perform root cause analysis, develop solutions, and drive optimization of the supply chain
• Data analysis relating to Supply Chain activities
• Preparation of monthly Performance reports for the Management
• Be proactive to look for improvements and recommends changes to the VP Supply Chain.

QHSE OBJECTIVES AND ASSIGNMENTS :

• To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
• To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI targets as set towards overall QHSE objectives.
• Selection and availability of applicable PPE’s at all time and ensuring the strict use of PPE’s in work area of responsibility.
• Take part in the training program to acquire QHSE & Energy Management knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
• Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TLBU QHSE & Energy Management requirements.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons
• Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
• Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities
• To comply with TMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority)
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

• Interaction with managers & supervisors from other departments in TLBU and Dubai Office.

• No External Interactions.

Qualifications / experience requiredKnowledge:

• Well versed in MS Office (Pivot Tables), Database management, & Good Knowledge of ERP( SAP )
• Good knowledge of HSEQ management systems.
• Should possess knowledge of Demand Planning process
• Should be capable of developing and implementing Production plans and schedules based on demands received from Sales and Marketing.
• Working knowledge of logistics management is advantageous.
