Full Job Description :-
Mission:-
Provide dedicated and personalized support to S-Signature members for all their Travel needs by understanding the member profile, preferences, travel history and expectations.
Main Responsibilities:-
– Understand and anticipate member needs’ and travel preferences
– Prepare offers based on client request and expectations in terms of product, service level and budget when applicable.
– Organize members’ business and leisure trips and handle the booking of airline tickets, hotel worldwide, Holiday packages and any travel service required.
– Keep members informed of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation, connections, and changes in schedules…
– Handle all administrative procedures related to their trips (Visas, International driving license, passport validity and renewal, visa validity and renewal, documents needed from local or foreign authorities …)
– Negotiate services, deals and offers with local and international vendors ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contracted pricing
– Develop strong internal working relationships with all the members of the team.
– Identify savings opportunities and service enhancements and ensure smooth deployment of best practices.
– Proactively suggest tailor made travel ideas to clients and members based on their profile, lifestyle and previous booking history.
Profile:-
– A University Degree in Travel & Tourism
– Min 3 years experience in the travel industry
– Familiar with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo: Reservation, pricing and issuance)
– Experience in Visa Procedures
– Excellent knowledge in geography and main hotel chains around the world.
– Fluent in Arabic, English and French
– Detail oriented
– Good negotiation skills
– Problem solving skills
– High Team Spirit
