Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding process in line with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Recruitment and HR teams for effective onboarding program framework.
Oversee visa processing in coordination with PROs.
Create a new user in the HR system and update the payroll system with the new joiner’s details.
Update and maintain relevant HR Trackers.
Conduct inductions for New Recruits.

Qualifications:-

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
Good working knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor legislation.
The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
