Job Description :- 

• Participate in the development, refinement, and implementation of the company’s overall vision, strategy, and corporate objectives, whilst contributing to the overall process of corporate management and decision. • Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors, etc.). • Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks. • Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance. • Recognize patterns in company spending, and revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas. • Manage all activities between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects within scheduled budgets. • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance quarterly and annually or whenever required by the executive management. • Analyze to make forecasts and report to the executive management. • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines. • Monitor the Company’s financial performance promptly to address the financial gaps and suggest corrective actions to ensure the achievement of targets. • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems to ensure the financial integrity of the Company’s operations. • Identify effective fiscal management opportunities for potential cost optimization and profitability and report to the management, to achieve stable and sustained profits. • Ensure all accounting records, financial reports, and asset safeguarding measures are in place to lead the identification of non-compliance. • Identify effective fiscal management opportunities for potential cost optimization and profitability and report to the management, to achieve stable and sustained profits

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the services sector including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities. • Experience with budgeting, optimization, performance tracking & reporting to management. • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree In Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Professional certification such as CFA, CA, or CPA is highly preferable.
