Full Job Description :- 

Introduction to the Role:

The Creative Director will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee the creative process for all agency projects. This role reports directly into the Operations Director. The role is also accountable and responsible for the design, content, production and social media departments performance and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design

· Develop and present creative projects ot pitches that support agreed upon client goals and strategy

· Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (advertising, digital, print, and motion)

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to; content production, graphic design, digital and social media

· Management of the creative studio team of graphic designers, animators, editors, copywriters and content creators

· Management of the social media team of executives, planners, copywriters and strategists

· Curate and build creative processes for all design output including; Branding, Concept Development, Logo / Identity

· Implement and maintain effective processes for the agency to manage output and deadlines for client projects or deliverables

· Lead and oversee all art direction for campaigns, KVs and client brand strategies

· Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, MetaVerse, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)

· Extensive knowledge and expertise with a variety of creative softwares e.g. In-Design, Adobe, Photoshop etc
