We are hiring a UX Specialist with 3 Years of experience.

Main Function:

Responsible for setting up, running, and reporting on all aspects of qualitative and quantitative user experience research & to develop a deeper understanding of Institute clients and deliver findings that can translate insights into action.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with marketing, product management and development leaders to create solutions.

• Help to set document the vision for the user experience.

• Design and execute usability studies and other user research by utilizing their broad knowledge of user experience and methodological expertise As the project evolves.

• Conduct user testing and other user-facing activities to validate the design, interaction and content for all ecommerce platform and online channels.

• Provides rationale and supporting data for UX/UI recommendations.

• Develop the User Interface & User Experience (UI/UX) strategy and plan through global UI/UX guidelines, and set up the local roadmap based on on-site analysis for optimized consumer experience.

• Apply the UI (user interface ) /UX (user Experience) standards to identify improvement areas, test and validate new standards through site analysis and A/B test.

• Collaborate closely with business partners to implement UI/UX changes and monitor the profitability of these changes.

• Prepare all UI/UX design and delivery documentation in full and on time for developers to work from (this could include preparation of user journeys, concept maps, site maps, process flows, wireframes and prototypes).

• Lead and manage all aspects of the test planning process to identify tests to be performed, prioritizing these in alignment with business needs, IT releases and test development.

• Monitor and track “e-commerce logger solution”’ and purpose improvement areas, solutions and implementation plan to the relevant stakeholders.

• Analyze user insights to identify enhancements to the consumer experience.

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements):

• Experience with at least one WPF analysis tool (Perforator, WPF Inspector, Snoop, etc.)

• Experience with at least one WPF analysis tool (Perforator, WPF Inspector, Snoop, etc.)

• Knowledge of User Centered Design (UCD), responsive design and performance data-driven design principles.

• Knowledge on UI/UX planning, execution.

• Some Knowledge of ASP.NET or ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server preferred.

• Time Management.

• Photoshop, illustrator and presentation Skills.

• Excellent oral and written Arabic & English skills.
