  About the Role:-

  The Network Executive will be responsible for supporting Partner relationships and the associated Partner Relationship Manager, for Partners based in the Middle East and servicing our North American and Europe insured clients. This role will coordinate activity across various internal and external functions and partners to respond to customer, client and broker requirements and queries, and continually support proposition development to exceed client requirements.

  This role will also support projects to enable streamlined internal processes, as well as advances the way in which partners work with the business and supports customers, and as we bring on new partners to meet regulatory and client needs. This role will require the successful candidate to develop relationships with core functional partners (internally and externally), requiring strong organization skills, effective communication skills and an ability to think critically and solve problems and turn opportunities into reality.

  Primary Responsibilities:-

  • Lead and be responsible for wider support aspects of partners, including process improvement, project management, and quality, performance and compliance adherence
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to: product, quality, sales, client management, underwriting, claims operations, account implementation, finance, IT, marketing, communication) to project manage, ask critical questions, and provide decision-making framework to complete projects in agreed upon time-frame
  • Perform as a functional bridge among st internal stakeholders
  • Manage the development of partner processes in coordination with internal functions
  • Troubleshoot all customer issues and escalations and present root-cause and solutions; track issues and complaints in a centralized mechanism that enables reporting for trend and customer journey experience
  • Develop reports and materials to support evidence of quality controls both internally and with partner functions
  • Continuously improve partner processes, including handoffs between departments
  • Identify operational trends with network partners and deliver insights to core network partner management team
  • Develop training materials as required to educate internal teams on material changes relating to vendor processes impacting UHCG’s clients and members, as well as educate vendors on changes to UHCG processes that impact vendors

  • Project management
  • Collaboration skills to manage projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Understanding of enterprise quality and compliance guidelines
  • Demonstrate ability to improve processes and workflows
  • Demonstrate independent, structured and critical thinking skills
  • Track record of problem-solving success in matrixed organization
  • Eagerness to build towards operational efficiency, even if that means changing the status quo
  • Demonstrate analytical ability to aggregate and synthesize data and information, turning into relevant reports with recommendations or actions
  • Detail oriented nature with project implementations
  • Proven presentation (written, verbal, EQ) skills
  • Understanding of insurance products, plans, processes and programs
  • Understanding of network ecosystem and structures
  • Demonstrate understanding of competitor landscape within market (e.g. competitors vendor relationships/movement to provide medical and ancillary services)

  Qualifications:-

  • Job location in Dubai
  • Strong professional experience in the International Health Care Industry
  • Experience in partner management / client-facing or external role
  • College or Post-graduate degree
  • Strong project management experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others in matrix organization; stakeholder management
  • Sales orientation, meaning possesses natural reflexes to promote, persuade, and negotiate
  • Requires flexibility in schedule to accommodate international time zones and team locations
  • Excellent presentation (material preparation and communication) skills

  • Experience with regional insurance network partners
  • Multi-lingual
