Job Tittle:  Football Coach

 

Full Job Description :- 

We are looking for experienced Football Coach for newly opened Football Academy in Dubai. The Football Coach will mainly focus on coaching football to children aged 4-15 years old within after school clubs in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

– To assist and contribute to designing group programs with Academy Management.

– To deliver coaching sessions that are participant-cantered, structured, fun, and of a high quality.

– To continually monitor and evaluate all sessions, activities, and programs.

– Give feedback to the management regarding the programs, player development and general enquiries

– Ensure the health and safety of all participants

– Ensure high standards of customer service and quality programs are always maintained

– Ensure work area is always kept clean and safe

– Ensure that all Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed and that necessary levels of First Aid equipment are available.

– Liaise with parents regarding the behavior and development of their children and respond to any queries

– Advise management of any problems

– Advise management and record all customer complaints

– Advise management of any damaged equipment

Qualifications & Requirements:

– UEFA B License

– First Aid, Children protection certified

– Excellent in dealing with kids & youth players

– Covid Vaccinated

– Own visa (preferable)

– Min 1-3 years experience in a well recognized academy in Dubai

– Good/Excellent command in English
