Job Tittle:  Administrative Officer

 

Full Job Description :- 

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team. You will become an integral part of the team working closely with the creative and operations teams supporting with budgets, invoicing, suppliers and inventory.

Assist the team with budget management and invoicing.
Manage all phone and e-mail enquiries.
Contact existing and source new suppliers and venues for quotes and details of their services.
Keep budgets updated, raise estimates and invoices.
RSVP guest management.
Travel arrangements for the team and clients.
HR administration.
Applying for permits and access passes.

Skills
The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
A structured and detail-oriented approach to work, as well as a high degree of initiative and independence.
You are a team player – our success requires a broad set of skills, so working together is essential.
A sound knowledge of MS Office products, accounts software such as QuickBooks or Xero, social media platforms and ideally design software e.g., Illustrator.
Customer service or sales experience.
Knowledge of budget management with a very good eye for detail.
A proactive approach – you have to have a passion for achieving goals and taking ownership of what you do.
· A passion for live events, music, art, sport and nightlife. You know everything going in the city and are comfortable working with alcohol.

Fluent spoken and written English, Arabic would be a bonus.
