Responsibilities
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Answering phone calls & emails in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as instructed by the management which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
Helping out with various tasks as required.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Coordinates and manages the day to day operations
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
