Full Job Description :- 

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a good understanding of business, experience technology and lead engagements. At this level, you:

Understand various parts of the client’s business/organization to bring in a valuable perspective.
Will advise our clients on how to improve and grow their digital businesses – for instance through new digital services, optimization of existing digital activities, and improvements of operations.
Will work directly with client partners to understand client’s business needs and support in growing accounts strategically, taking a leading role in pitches and the creation of proposals.

Your Responsibilities:-

Engage with a wide range of our clients’ stakeholders across markets and functions.
Development of deep client relationships, understanding their business challenges and helping to find solutions to these using our services, partnerships, or development of new services.
Be client lead on the engagements together with different stakeholders on the client side.
Advise, propose, and convince clients on relevant solutions and scenarios. Spot and explore opportunities with client’s business by reaching out and bringing in the right skillset from the team.
Synthesize disperse information and structure findings in a narrative to bring compelling insights to the table that drive business value.
Take ownership of high quality delivery and strategic output.
Translate complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations, roadmap, plan and/or concept.
Work directly with a multi-disciplinary team, communicating insights and ideas in a compelling way to drive coherent action.

Typical projects the team is directly involved in, include, though is not limited to:-

Digital transformation programs
Customer experience design
Customer segmentation and value proposition definition
Service & Product Innovation
Business modelling
Revenue improvement and enterprise cost reduction initiatives
Growth strategy, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and scenario planning

What we are looking for in you:-

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in professional experience.
Full working proficiency in English. Arabic will be considered as a plus.
Future-oriented mindset bringing in perspective on how a decision could impact business.
Strong understanding of human-centered design, technology, and digital businesses.
Strong skills in conducting and synthesizing research, insights and findings within the organization, external market forces and customers.
Excellent portfolio showcasing problem definition and strategic approaches.
Confident to author, facilitate and produce client visits and workshops with senior executives independently.
Detail-oriented with good organization skills.
Balances entrepreneurial mindset with a one team mentality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with different audiences.
Track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker.
