Full Job Description :-
Responsibilities:
Preparation of specifications, procedures and other technical scopes of work documentation relating to concepts, tenders and processes for pre-commissioning and wet-buckle contingency repair.
Managing all offshore and onshore pre-commissioning and wet-buckle contingency repair activities:
development and implementation of pre-commissioning philosophy
systems and procedures for wet buckle contingency including flooding, cleaning, gauging and dewatering operations
detail control and follow up of pre-commissioning subcontractors
concept development, design follow up and procurement of temporary equipment required for wet-buckle contingency repair (temporary pipeline heads, Pipeline Recovery Tool or System)
concept development, design follow up and procurement of temporary equipment required for pre-commissioning operations (pig trap, valves, etc.)
concept development, design follow up and procurement of cleaning and gauging pigs
review and comment all relevant documents from subcontractors, interfaces etc.
relevant QA/QC and FAT/equipment and system function testing
scheduling, management of subcontracts and progress reporting
interface coordination between subcontractors for wet-buckle contingency repair (i.e. pipelaying team and pre-commissioning subcontractor)
interface coordination between subcontractors executing pre-commissioning works and vendors supplying specialized equipmentcoordination with third party certifying authority and relevant technical experts
relevant HSE systems and requirements
manage interfaces with client team
Management of site activities during execution of pre-commissioning works including:
worksite setup and equipment mobilization/demobilization
interface coordination between subcontractors executing pre-commissioning works
Key Qualifications:-
Degree in Offshore / Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering or similar.
Approximately 10 years experience in offshore pipeline construction projects with specific focus on pre-commissioning
Fluent English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent interface capabilities.
Ability to deal with different cultures and authorities.
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with unexpected situations.
Flexible work attitude.
