Job Description :-
Location: Oberoi Centre, Business Bay
Role: Executive Assistant
Salary: AED 8k – 10k
Experience: 3 – 4 years in the same role/ field preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
– Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
– Manage Partners calendars and set up meetings
– Make travel and accommodation arrangements
– Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
– Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
– Take minutes during meetings
– Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
– Organize and maintain the office filing system
– Daily Reminders.
Requirements:
– Must be passed out from reputed College/Institute
– Must have prior work experience in Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
