Job Description :-
Develops owns and executes product roadmap Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products Serve as a product expert product evangelist and the voice of the customer Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities customer feedback and communicate priorities Partners with sales departments to define the user experience for internal GCS users including support and monitoring Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs refines priorities outlines milestones and deliverables and identifies opportunities and risks Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features user stories and acceptance test criteria Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products balancing the requirements of stakeholders Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology Defines and executes go-to-market plan working to ensure that product management marketing and sales have what they need to be successful Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance Required Candidate profile The ideal candidate will have experience with E-commerce platforms and/or mobile apps specifically in the retail industry. Always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. Having a track record of delivering data-driven, customer-focused solutions.
You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.
Qualifications:-
•Bachelors degree and 4 years of product or project development experience
•2+ years’ of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development (Retail Industry)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Scrum or Agile experience
