Full Job Description :- 

Dear Job Seekers –

• Front Office Executive – GUEST SERVICE
• IMMEDIATE JOINING only (no notice period) , apply only if u meets the requirement, otherwise useless
• Arabic Speaking only
• 5* Hotel Back ground (or Holiday Homes) – minimum 3-4 years
• Female Candidate only

Urgent :- 

• Connecting with the guest to arrange direct booking. Coordinating with the revenue managers to ensure that the bookings have been booked in property management systems.
• Checking-in and checking-out the guests
• Connecting with the guests, Pre arrival, during stay and post arrival.
• Coordinate with the cleaning in charge to ensure each of our properties are cleaned on time and with the highest standards.
• Collecting direct booking revenue.
