Description :- 

We are currently looking for a  Receptionist cum Telesales/ outdoor sales Executive to join our team.

Job responsibilities:
• Primarily handling outbound telemarketing and provide excellent customer service.
• Should have good telephone handling skills – responding to incoming phone calls, enquiries & emails.
• To be a part of the Telesales/Outbound calling team responsible to contact potential customers in order to maximize sales.
• Should be in a position to travel to meet clients
• A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve customers effectively Positive telephone manner, pleasant voice as well as attentive listening and communication skills- clear and concise.
• Talk, convince and sell to customers over the telephone and on face to face meetings
• Perform cold calling, & working primarily with telephone and contact numerous clients daily. Generating new business, calling prospective clients, Up-selling. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone Calls and emails.
• Skills Minimum Experience: Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in office administration handling front desk and telesales.
• Job-Specific Skills: People Skills; Ability to think on your feet, closing skills, negotiation and persuasion, ability to build new relationships, ability to work under pressure, prospect filtering and tactful follow-up skills.
• Behavioral Competencies: Well planned and organized, emotionally intelligent, consistent, effective prospecting, listen to prospects, help prospects and avoid obstacles, strong interpersonal, etc. Essential communication skills: Excellent English – (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking skills)
