Job Description :-
JOB PURPOSE:
To identify, monitor & control the differences between Actual Performance Vs Planned Performance & take necessary corrective actions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring the project’s progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule, while ensuring team progress and completion.
- Managing individual teams to ensure team productivity and ensuring daily target achievement.
- Providing regular updates on the status of project completion and daily activities.
- Preparing reports on project daily and overall completion and site diary.
- Developing and compiling daily site wise BOQs and ensuring no revenue is missed.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all materials and tools are available which each team as required.
- Preparing reports for management about the daily completion status of projects and individual team performance.

No idle and underproductive teams
2. Control over daily target and ensuring minimal incomplete tasks per day
