Job Description :-
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads from multiple channels – phone, email, live chat/whats app.
- Nurturing prospects and disseminating qualified leads to appropriate sales teams.
- Demonstrate knowledge of industrial products to assist customers with technical questions as needed.
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every situation, and provide a positive solution.
- Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
- Assist with returns and the RMA process as needed.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of all packages.
- Handles and solve customer complains.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
Job Requirements :-
- Bachelors Degree
- Past working Experience in an E-commerce company is preferred
- Past working Experience in a Telesales position is preferred
- Detail-oriented and quick-thinking personality with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Organized and a strong aptitude to follow tasks through to completion.
- Excellent active listening and time management skills with the capability to address difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- This is an entry-level position
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
