We are now expanding in the MENA Region, with our new office located in Tecom, Dubai, UAE. And we are looking into building new sales force, and attract talented candidates to join our Constanta General Trading team in Dubai. We are hiring the Sales Manager, working for export mobile phones and laptops to CIS and MENA areas.

Qualifications/Experience:-

· Bachelor’s Degree is required
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, management experience is preferred.
· Proven track record of meeting/exceeding both individual and team sales goals
· Proven success with turning cold calling into revenue-generating accounts
· Excellent Russian language written communication skills

Responsibilities:-

performing a monthly sales plan, achieve revenue, margin and business mix targets;
to identify contacts / decision makers, via LinkedIn and other shared resources;
to fill up CRM system and other documents, reporting to management;
to understand the client’s needs, and to create a commercial proposal based on product / service;
сommunicating regularly through personal visits, telephone calls, etc. with key contacts; field traveling is a must;
filling up personal daily timesheets, submitting weekly reports in KPI system;
further develop market presence in a creative and entrepreneurial style by positioning the products as a leader in the marketplace;
execute sales, marketing and support strategies/models to achieve goals;
to develop and maintaining good relationships with customers;
to plan and perform monthly sales plan fulfillment;
primary documentary support and collection, conclusion of contracts: offers / agreements / invoices;
to maintain discipline and other rules of the company.

Skills & Requirements:-

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve results.
• Competence with relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Office products.
• Languages: English (must).
• Languages: Russian (must).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 10,000.00 per month
