QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
Must be able to strategize business plans and efficiently execute strategic plans to grow in Respective regions. This position involves establishing rapport, building relationships & providing consultative sales to high caliber clients within the dynamic and affluent market.
Work cross functionally to implement effective and profitable growth strategies with Channel Partners / Brokers.
In addition, you will identify and secure new revenue opportunities working with key internal stakeholders to deliver the right product & required support for long-term success.
Develop and implement sales channel strategies by region to secure profitable growth.
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
Liaison with customer service in order to enhance the reputation of the company, increase profitability and to achieve customer satisfaction.
Market research and competitor analysis.
Negotiate sales transactions and promote mortgage arrangements for all sales, ensuring that independent financial Advice is available.
Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company’s program of Continuous Improvement.
Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear KRAs.
Provide adequate Product & Process training to all Sales Managers.
Promote and act in accordance with company values, systems, policies and procedures.
Manage sales administration process & collection process.
