Job Description :- 

We are looking for a Assistant to be responsible for building sustainable, profitable and meaningful business partnerships with named Channel partners, and for meeting sales targets for Mitel communications and collaboration products and services.

 

Typical duties for a Assistant include business strategy alignment, strategic business development, sales coverage planning, market penetration planning, installed base and customer acquisition execution, and driving preference for Mitel within the partners to increase market share and deliver growth in line with company expectations.

 

The Assistant will keep themselves informed on advancements or updates across the Unified Communications industry; delivering insights and value to the partners to drive commitment to Mitel, through increased capability, capacity and engagement. Orchestrating all of the appropriate the talent within Mitel, the Assistant will be responsible for driving alignment and effective engagement with Mitel direct sales, as well as delivering incremental business through run-rate and smaller untouched opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships at all levels and across all business functions
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships with key partners, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Deliver insights and innovations to drive greater partner success
  • Collaborate with High Touch sales to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an CAM, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role (Preference will be for telecoms or related industry (IT or software).

Fluency in English and Arabic is imperative

Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills
