What you will be doing:
– Attend to guest’s requests in gym and monitor the use of gym equipment’s.
– Maintain a safe and clean gym area .
– Take initiative to add a personalized experience
– Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
– Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
Requirements:-
Your experience and skills include:
– Positive, dynamic, creative and a dedicated team player.
– Prior experience of 2 years in same position in a 5 star luxury hotel.
– Experience working in Middle East or Asia an asset.
– Enthusiastic and with an outgoing personality who is very guest driven.
