Job Description :-

Renaissance Vacancy Full Information

Renaissance Real Estate Brokers is looking for a well-established Real Estate Sales Director for Luxury Properties who can manage a team of property consultants, drive overall sales activities, and can leverage his/her own client’s network to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:-

· Develop and implement sales strategies

· Prepare operational and financial sales department reports

· Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team

· Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

· Prior experience of building a team from scratch and leading in the right direction.

· Train team members as and when required.

· Generate a list of properties that are compatible with Buyers needs and financial resources.

· Review plans with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.

· Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment opportunities worldwide.

· Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors.

· Negotiate prices, payment plans for investors.

· Involve in lead generations through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads.

· Advice team members on how to make homes/ properties more appealing to potential buyers.

· Advice clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

· Participate in exhibitions and promotional events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi – Middle East region and globally.

Qualifications:-

· Bachelor’s degree from accredited University, RERA or similar license

Experience:-

· Experience selling properties (Luxury Properties) worldwide is preferable

· Prior Experience dealing with HNI clients and selling premium properties.

· Strong leadership skills
