    Aptitude(s)

    • Vous réaliserez des soins destinés à maintenir ou améliorer l’état de santé de la personne prise en charge.
      Vous serez en charge de la surveillance de l’état de santé des patients et coordonnerez les soins pendant leur hospitalisation et lors de leur sortie.
      Vous agirez soit à son initiative, soit selon les prescriptions du médecin : entretiens avec le patient et sa famille, éducation thérapeutique, préparation et distribution de médicaments, soins de nature technique (pansements, prélèvements, prise de tension, injections…) Vous participerez à la rédaction et la mise à jour du dossier patient, ainsi qu’à l’information et à l’accompagnement du patient et de son entourage.
      Vous travaillerez en étroite relation avec le corps médical et encadrerez parfois une équipe d’aides-soignants.
      Enfin, vous transmettrez par écrit ou par oral les informations relatives aux patients pour garantir le suivi de son état de santé, dans les meilleures conditions.
      Profil recherché
      Titulaire du Diplôme d’Etat Infirmier, vous souhaitez intervenir dans plusieurs établissements sanitaires et/ou médico-sociaux, en alliant la stabilité d’un CDI à la polyvalence des missions d’intérim.
      Plus que votre expérience, c’est votre personnalité et vos valeurs qui feront la différence.
