Job Description :- 

Hiring a Business Development Manager for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing business.
  • Manage all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients’ portfolio.
  • Implement and monitor the business development strategies to ensure that the expected results are achieved.
  • Define the annual operating plans that support the strategic direction of the assigned markets in line with the defined annual budgets.
  • Creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues.
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing plans with the dedicated teams, with the competence center in order to find the best proposition of the offer, and with the other market areas to find cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines.
  • Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA from a reputed institute desired.
  • Four years experience as Business Development Manager.
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sound professional business judgment.

Minimum Requirement

  • Higher secondary school or equivalent.
  • Planning and organization skills
