Job Tittle:  Gaming Lounge Agent

 

Full Job Description :- 

To deliver exceptional product and service in all areas of the Game Space lounge operation.

Ensure a consistently high level of customer service is delivered, and processes and standards are maintained.
To uphold at all times exceptional personal and professional standards and to act as an ambassador for the Game Space product.

Customer:-

• Deliver personalised, attentive and genuine service to all customers within the lounge
• Display high level of product knowledge and confidently provide information to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, anticipate needs and provide solutions
• Provide support to customers with utilising the lounges facilities and services

Operational:-

• Perform daily shift requirements as per the standard operating procedures, in the areas of lounge welcome & entry, equipment and services set up, user support and retail
• Utilise the automated lounge management systems to complete customer requirements and reports
• Conduct equipment checks to ensure in working condition. Report and rectify unserviceable equipment
• Proactively promote retail products, efficiently process sales and maintain display stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the lounge areas
• Ensure visual appearance of the lounge is of the highest standard and in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Complete daily shift reports

Safety and Security:-

• Ensure compliance with corporate, department and airport policies and procedures
• Ensure incident and emergency response procedures are fully understood

Financial:-

• Maximize potential revenue opportunities

Responsible for accurate POS utilization and cash/credit card handling and reconciliation

Minimum Job Requirements :

A. Education : Secondary level education

B. Professional Experience:

• · 1-2 years experience in a comparable role within the airline, hospitality or retail industry
• · Experience in a video gaming, I.T or technology-focused role is an advantage

C. Competencies Required

• High level computer skills
• Understanding of video games, related equipment and technology
