Full Job Description :- 

CALL CENTRE SALES AGENT

Responsibilities:-

** This is a purely telephone sales position**

· Perform daily sales calls to attract clients to start trading through the company’s platform.

· Provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

· Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through open and interactive communication.

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

· Provide clients the highest level of service in a timely manner.

· Meet personal/ team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Candidate Requirements:-

· Excellent knowledge in English ‘(Both written and spoken),

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening,

· Customer orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

· Excellent communication and time management skills.

· Ability to manage time effectively.

· Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual.

· Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations.

BASIC 2500 AED + 7000 AED commission depending on performance and targets.
