- The Role
- Experience in administering Active Directory environment using Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers. • Experience in Microsoft O365 and Microsoft exchange server on-premises • Good Understanding and knowledge in Windows Active Directory services and SCCM • Basic Knowledge in switching and networking, wireless networks • Administration & Maintenance of the Exchange • Troubleshoot and solve User related issues • Knowledge in Backup Solutions • Support for users with expertise in Outlook and other office applications and. Manages mailboxes and anti-spam policies. • Resets passwords, manages support tickets, and monitors service health. • Firewall management, Site to site VPN, Site to client VPN • oracle webserver management and backup. • Installation, configuration and maintenance of printers, scanners, laptops, desktops and other IT devices.
Requirements:-
- Must have experience in Anti Virus and Malware • Must have experience in Hardware and Software • Must be available immediately. – No Notice Period! • Must have excellent English • Must be located in UAE – ideally Dubai
