Full Job Description :- 

The General Practitioner works alongside the other healthcare professionals as such the Lead Nurse and the Home Care Manager in performing practices for patients with specific conditions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Listening to patients’ concerns and prescribing medication, if appropriate
– Using test results to form a diagnosis
– Referring patients on to appropriate specialists
– Looking after acutely unwell patients until emergency assistance arrives
– Respond to Patients’ Medical/Health problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and referral to other experts that are deemed appropriate to the patient.
– Plans, implements, or administers Health Programs for information, prevention, or treatment of injury or illnesses
– Discuss side effects, best conditions for use, and possible interactions of medication.
– Contribute to the delivery of patient services with nurses, technicians, and other medical staff.
– Collect, Record, and Maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
– Explains procedures and discusses test results with patients; refers patients to medical specialists when necessary – Prepares reports of statistics for government or management.
– Provides specialized clinics for specific conditions like diabetes, smoking cessation, and new babies; and keeps up to date with medical development, new drugs, treatments, and medications
– Supervise and Train Medical Staff.
– Participate in research studies commissioned by the UAE Health Governing Sectors.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

To qualify for the role, the candidate must have an MBBS

qualification:-

or any equivalent of this, with an excellent track record.

In addition, certain years of experience working as a General Practitioner in a facility or homecare set-up coupled with the following:

• Magnificent patient management skills

• Potential to make decisions in high-pressure situations

• Honesty and a strong professional code of ethics • The accomplishment of residency and state licensure

• Outstanding verbal and written communication in the Russian/English languages
